Conrads Shipping Policy

1.) Shipping Methods

We primarily ship UPS® Ground unless priority shipping is requested (Priority shipping is available for an additional charge). UPS cannot ship to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box). Please give a street address. We also ask for phone numbers so we can contact you if we have a question about your order. Conrads offers US Mail for a lower rate than UPS® Ground. Please note: Packages shipped via US Mail require a signature in order to be dropped off, and may take from 7 to 10 business days to arrive.

2.) Free Shipping

Free US Mail shipping is available for orders over $75.00. If your subtotal comes to more than $75.00 in regular-priced items, then your order is eligible for free shipping. Here's how to do it:

  1. Type SH75FREE into the coupon code blank in checkout
  2. Click "Add Coupon"
  3. Add your billing and shipping information to the order
  4. Click "Continue to Next Step
  5. The next screen will display shipping rates. Pick the FREE shipping rate to finalize your free shipping.

When free shipping is offered, it is subject to the following policies: Orders with free shipping will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, unless the Mail Order Department deems it necessary to switch the carrier. Free shipping is NOT available with any other discount, coupon, or offer. Free shipping may be restricted on Large or Heavy Orders, and is not available for Drop Shipped Items. It is also not available for the following address types:

  1. Alaska and Hawaii Addresses
  2. Military Addresses
  3. U.S. Territory Addresses
3.) Order Processing

All in-stock items will be shipped promptly, however, orders placed during our peak times (such as football season and Christmas) may take longer to arrive. Please Note: package pickup from our store is scheduled for regular business days only, and does not occur on Saturdays or Sundays. Items are usually picked up by USPS Priority Mail at 4:00 PM (EST/EDT), and by UPS Ground at 5:00 P.M. (EST/EDT) on weekdays. You may place orders after this time, but we will have to wait until the next business day to ship your order.

4.) UPS Air Shipments

UPS Air shipments include Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day Air. This web site offers US Mail and UPS Ground. If you want your order to ship faster, please call us to place an order. For Ohio residents, please do not order items shipped by Next Day Air as UPS Ground takes about one business day to ship to most address in Ohio. If you choose UPS Next Day Air shipment, we will estimate the cost of shipment before finalizing your order, and then call back to notify you. If you have chosen UPS Next Day Air, you may also specify Saturday Delivery, but this will automatically add $20.00 to the estimated cost of UPS Next Day Air.

5.) Military Addresses

Shipments addressed to United States Military or United States Armed Forces addresses (AP, AA, and AE) will be sent via US Mail and may require different shipping charges than those specified for UPS Ground. These charges will be calculated when your order is processed.

6.) Alaska Hawaii and U.S. Territory Shipping

Shipments addressed to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. Territories and Possessions may require additional shipping charges. These charges will be calculated when your order is processed.

7.) Large or Heavy Orders

Large or heavy items, or orders containing large numbers of fragile or heavy items, may require additional shipping charges. Also, if a large order is too big to fit in the standard packages offered by USPS or UPS, the Mail Order Department may need to adjust the cost of your shipment. These additional charges will be added when your order is packaged for shipping.

8.) Holiday Shipping

As the holidays approach, Conrads gets a large number of orders in a very short period of time. We are not always able to provide tracking information for each order. Also, during holiday ordering times, all orders are sent in the same order that we receive them. In stock orders may take between 5 and 10 business days to process and ship. Updates will be posted to this web site if the Mail Order Department is certain that shipping delays are longer than 5 days and that shipping delays will remain in effect for more than 5 days. Automated Email messaging from this web site may also be revised to reflect changes or delays in shipping.

9.) Food Items

Sometimes food items, including candies, refreshments, snacks, and condiments are featured on this site. If you live far away from Columbus, Ohio, your order for food items is more likely to travel through different conditions. Because UPS® and US Mail do not use climate-controlled vehicles, check the local and nationwide weather forecasts prior to ordering.

10.) Damaged Deliveries

Conrads insures the shipments we send to you. If you receive a damaged shipment, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can file a claim. Please keep everything you received, including the original shipping box, all packing materials, and all of your items for inspection. If you lose or dispose of anything that was part of a damaged delivery, no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored.

11.) Product Availability

All products sold here are subject to availability and may go out of stock and may (or may not) be restocked later. Prices are subject to changes without notice. Conrads ships the most current logos in stock. Logos are subject to changes by the manufacturer without notice.

12.) Mistakes and Errors

Conrads is not responsible for typographical errors, including prices. The web site can't correct mistyped information in your address or incorrect products if you accidentally click the wrong link. All errors are subject to correction. If you think you made a mistake online, please call Conrads as soon as possible, so we can fix your order before it ships.

If Conrads makes a mistake and ships items that are the wrong size or ships you items you did not order, you are covered by our Return Policy. You do not have to pay shipping fees to return something that was shipped to you by mistake. If this happens, please call us as soon as possible at 1-888-443-8678.

13.) International Orders

Payment for international orders must be made in US currency, by money order, or by certified check. Sorry, we are not able to accept ANY credit card on ANY international orders. When we receive your international order, we will contact you with an accurate total that includes shipping costs. When your payment arrives, we will ship your order. You are responsible for all duties and taxes that apply in the country where the package will arrive.

14.) Direct Shipments

Some items come directly from the manufacturer to you. These items require a longer delivery time, sometimes up to 4 to 6 weeks. These items are in the "Manufacturer Direct" category, and their descriptions give you an estimated delivery time. Please Note: Conrads cannot give you tracking numbers for items that ship direct. Manufacturers often use their own shipping methods, and these do not always use tracking numbers.

15.) In Store Pickup

There is no additional fee for in store pickup.  Ohio Sales Tax will be charged.

In store pickup is only available for products that do not ship directly from the manufacturer.

In store pickup can only be handled during regular business hours at the store. If you are unsure of our store hours, please call ahead 614-297-0497.  Our pickup address is 316 West Lane Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201.

Please make arrangements to pick up your order within 7 days of ordering online.  If you do not pick up your order within 7 days, other arrangements must be made and you will be charged for shipping your order.  If your order qualifies for free shipping (your subtotal was over $75), then you will not be charged shipping, but your order will be shipped.

The person who comes to pick up the order you place must have the order number, the name of the person who placed the order, and valid photo identification.

A signature is required to pick up any order.
