Conrads Returns Policy

1.) Conrads Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly replace your merchandise if returned within 60 days of delivery. If you'd prefer, we can refund your purchase price. Merchandise must be in its original condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, laundered, or altered.

Conrads expects to close its Lane Avenue location on December 31st, 2019, unless all stock sells out before that date.  As items sell out, it will not be possible to offer exchanges or returns.

Regular price items are on sale throughout the store and web site, but prior adjustments cannot be made if the discount increases after the time of your purchase.

2.) Returns and Exchanges

We are unable to refund the original shipping charges for any order. Please return your purchase pre-paid and insured for your protection to:

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip OR sales receipt along with a note including your phone number and an explanation of your return or exchange. If your original order was placed online, by telephone, or by mail in form, your invoice should have a form on the reverse side to help you explain the return.

For exchanges please include $10.50 for return shipping costs.

3.) Handling Mistakes

While we try to make sure you will get exactly what you order, sometimes mistakes do happen. If you get an item you didn't order, or if we ship a color or size that's different from what's written on your order, you do not have to pay to have it returned or exchanged. Please call us at 1-888-443-7678, and we'll offer to fix the mistake free of any shipping charges:

  • To exchange an item for the correct color or size on your order, we can include a prepaid return mailing label with the correct item.
  • To return an item that was sent by mistake, we can send you a prepaid return mailing label.
4.) Qualified Returns

Tapes, compact discs, DVD discs, software, and videos may be exchanged for the same title only. An exchange can only be handled if the product has not been opened, or if the product is damaged or defective.

Items shipped direct from the manufacturer can only be exchanged for a similar item.

5.) Seasonal Items and Dated Items

Because dated and seasonal items become more difficult to process following the date indicated on the products (calendars, schedule t-shirts, Bowl Game merchandise, and other items featuring game scores or dates), these items should be returned no later than 7 days after you receive your order.

6.) Returning an Item with a Free Gift

If you order any item that includes a free gift, then the free gift will be shipped when the item is shipped. If you decide that you do not want the item, you may return it for refund, but you have two options: If you want to keep the free gift, but you return the original item you ordered, then we will refund you the item's price minus the cost of the gift item. If you decide to return both items, then we will refund the entire cost of the original item.
