Shipping Policy Contents:
1.) Shipping:
We primarily ship UPS® Ground unless priority shipping is requested at the time of purchase (Priority shipping is available for an additional charge). UPS cannot ship to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box). Please give a street address. We also ask for phone numbers so we can contact you if we have a question about your order.
2.) Free Shipping:
When free shipping is offered, it is subject to the following policies: Free shipping may be restricted on Large or Heavy Orders, and is not available for Drop Shipped Items. It is also not available for the following address types:
  1. Alaska and Hawaii Addresses
  2. Military Addresses
  3. U.S. Territory Addresses
3.) Order Processing:
All in-stock items will be shipped promptly, however, orders placed during our peak times (such as football season and Christmas) will take longer. Please Note: package pickup from our store is scheduled for regular business days only, and does not occur on Saturdays or Sundays. Items are usually picked up by UPS at 5:00 P.M. (EST/EDT) on weekdays. You may place orders after this time, but we will have to wait until the next business day to ship your order.
4.) UPS Air Shipments:
UPS Air shipments include Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day Air. For Ohio residents, please do not order deliveries by NEXT DAY AIR as UPS Ground takes about one business day to ship to most address in Ohio. If you choose UPS Next Day Air shipment, we will estimate the cost of shipment before finalizing your order, and then call back to notify you. If you have chosen UPS Next Day Air, you may also specify Saturday Delivery, but this will automatically add $20.00 to the estimated cost of UPS Next Day Air.
5.) Additional Shipping Information:

This will give you an estimate for when your order should arrive. If the home page indicates any shipping delay, add the number of days to the estimate from the UPS web site.

6.) Alaska and Hawaii Addresses:
Shipments addressed to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via US Mail and requires additional shipping charges. Otherwise, the order must be sent via UPS Second Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, which also require an additional shipping charge. These charges will be added when your order is processed.
7.) Military Addresses:
Shipments addressed to United States Military or United States Armed Forces addresses (AP, AA, and AE) will be sent via US Mail and may require different shipping charges than those specified for UPS Ground. These charges will be calculated when your order is processed.
8.) U.S. Territory Addresses:
Shipments addressed to United States Territories may be sent via US Mail or UPS Ground and may require different shipping charges than those specified for UPS Ground. These charges will be calculated when your order is processed.
9.) Large or Heavy Orders:
Large or heavy items, or orders containing large numbers of fragile or heavy items, may require additional shipping charges. These charges will be added when your order is processed.
10.) Holiday Shipping:
As the holidays approach, we get a large number of orders in a very short period of time. We are unable to furnish customers with their UPS tracking numbers these times. Also, during holiday ordering times, all orders are sent in the same order that we receive them. In stock orders may take between 5 and 10 business days to process and ship. Updates will be posted to this web site if the Mail Order Department is certain that shipping delays are longer than 5 days and that shipping delays will remain in effect for more than 5 days. Automated Email messaging from this web site will also be revised to reflect changes or delays in shipping.
11.) Food Items:
Food items, including candies, refreshments, snacks, and condiments are featured on this site to allow customers to know we carry them, as well as to allow purchasing. The farther away you live, the more likely it is for your food item(s) to pass through varying and possibly adverse conditions. Because UPS® does not use climate-controlled transport or delivery vehicles, check the local and nationwide weather forecasts prior to placing your order.
12.) Damaged Deliveries:
If an item is received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. Please hold the original carton, packing materials, and merchandise for inspection, otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored.
13.) Merchandise and Availability:
All merchandise is subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will ship the most current logos in stock. Logos are subject to change by the manufacturer, without notice.
14.) Errors:
We are not responsible for typographical errors, including prices. The on-line store cannot correct a mistyped quantity or determine whether you accidentally ordered the wrong item by clicking a link. All errors are subject to correction. The internet is a rapid way of transmitting your order. If you think you made a mistake when you sent your on-line order, please try to contact us as soon as possible, so that we do not ship you the wrong items or send a package to the wrong address. A mistake in your order is covered under our Return Policy.
15.) International Orders:
Payment for international orders must be made in US currency, by money order, or by certified check. Sorry, we are not able to accept ANY credit card on ANY international orders. When we receive your international order, we will contact you with an accurate total that includes shipping costs. When your payment arrives, we will ship your order. You are responsible for all duties and taxes that apply in the country where the package will arrive.
16.) Drop Shipped Items:
Some items come directly from the manufacturer to you. These items require a longer delivery time, usually 4 to 6 weeks. These longer delivery items have notices listed at the end of the product's description. Please Note: when you order a drop-shipped item, because it is not shipped from Conrads, we cannot provide you with a UPS tracking number for the item. Manufacturers may choose their own shipping method which does not necessarily include tracking options.

    On most orders, your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to ship. When products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
