Our Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly replace your merchandise if returned within 60 days of delivery. If you'd prefer, we can refund your purchase price. Merchandise must be in its original condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, laundered, or altered.

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip OR sales receipt along with a note including your phone number and an explanation of your return or exchange. If your original order was placed online, by telephone, or by mail in form, your invoice should have a form on the reverse side to help you explain the return.

For exchanges please include $10.50 for return shipping costs.

Qualified Returns:
Tapes, compact discs, DVD discs, software, and videos may be exchanged for the same title only. An exchange can only be handled if the product has not been opened, or if the product is damaged or defective.

Seasonal Items and Dated Items:
Because dated and seasonal items become more difficult to process following the date indicated on the products (calendars, schedule t-shirts, Bowl Game merchandise, and other items featuring game scores or dates), these items should be returned no later than 7 days after you receive your order.

Returning an Item with a Free Gift:
If you order any item that includes a free gift, then the free gift will be shipped when the item is shipped. If you decide that you do not want the item, you may return it for refund, but you have two options: If you want to keep the free gift, but you return the original item you ordered, then we will refund you the item's price minus the cost of the gift item. If you decide to return both items, then we will refund the entire cost of the original item.


Quick Checkout:
Quick Checkout is a faster way to place orders through our web site. It allows you to order without setting up a member account. As a result, the information you give us is used to bill your order and to let us know where to ship your order. It is not retained afterward and cannot be tracked in any way. If you intend to place an order using the Quick Checkout feature, please note that return policies are slightly different as a result of how the order is processed:
  • Quick Checkout does not store your information in our offline accounting database. If you request any service from us that requires your bill to be updated, the Mail Order Department will need to create a record containing your address and payment information in order to make that change. That record will be created in our offline accounting database and will not be posted to the web site.
  • Services requiring an offline accounting record include, but are not limited to, the following: Return of an entire order for an exchange, return of an entire order for a refund, return of individual items for an exchange, or return of individual items for a refund.
