This jacket is lined with sweatshirt fleece from the body through the arms and hood. The outer shell is Rigor Nylon which has a water and wind resistant finish. It zips all the way in the front with an inner stormguard. It has drawstrings to tighten the hood. There are two zippered pockets. The cuffs and waist are elastic. 87% polyester. 13% cotton.
